WP-prettyPhoto allows you to use prettyPhoto by Stéphane Caron, a themeable jQuery-powered Lightbox clone with WordPress. Check it out on WordPress Extend!

@bee You’re absolutely right again. WP-prettyPhoto is fully object-oriented since the last version (1.1.3), I have indeed neglected to update the requirements. Thanks for the heads up!

@shrink You need a string between the brackets if you’re trying to pop a gallery. Like prettyPhoto[g123]. And your quotations syntax is off. If you want to do it automatically, simply check the “Auto-prettify Image Links” in the options.

Hi,
I have installed your plugin on my wordpress script (localhost: Xampp), but for some reason I can’t get it to work. I have chacked option Auto-prettify image links and ad rel into my picture. I have also used other plugins such as Flexible Lightbox but nothing seems to work. Is there some java script code that I need to paste into my header or do I need to install additional plug in.

So, I’m using this plug in, and it works when you click on images on the permalink pages for posts, but not on the main page (they just open fullsize in the browser window). The theme I am using is called Minimalist, and its main page is a little funky. I was wondering if you could give me any tips on how to modify the theme in order to get your plug in to work properly. Thanks either way.

Are you guys seriously going to hijack this thread because I closed the main one? Which part of “use the support forums” isn’t getting through?
I will help each and everyone of you, but for the time being, I’ll just lock this thread too.
